Cancellation policy

We process and ship most orders the same day they’re placed, so we can only accept cancellations within a short window.

Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 1 hour of placing your order. After that time, your order may already be in fulfillment or shipped, and we won’t be able to cancel it.

To request a cancellation, please contact us right away at oduro.jecile@gmail.com and include your order number. We’ll do our best to stop the order if it’s still possible.

If your order has already shipped, you can still return it once it is received, in accordance with our return policy.
